Advantage employs a ‘Just-In-Time’ production model, meaning our factory produces every job to-order shortly before it is required on site.
We do this because it allows us to quickly respond to project changes such as adding more lockers, changes to a room layout or an unexpected site condition.
It also delivers a better fit and finish on our lockers vs imports because Advantage Lockers are made-to-order, whereas imports are shipped in generic sizes and then cut-down on-site with a grinder and then screwed back together.

Before we make anything, we first take careful site measurements and create shop drawings for consultant review.
Once approved, orders are produced in the sequence we will need them on site.
Production begins with a flat sheet of 12-gauge steel that gets shear-cut to the required size. These blanks are then punched, formed and notched in a series of machines to create the side bars that form the frames of our panels and doors.
We also prepare the mesh which is stocked in standard sizes, but may be further trimmed to fill the order as required.
Next, our welders take over, expertly assembling parts into custom-sized frames, and then adding mesh, hinges and strikers as required to complete the assembly.
With up to 8 welders producing through 2 shifts daily, Advantage Lockers has the capacity to tackle even the largest of projects.
